R22646 is the first piece when we arrive by Little Arrow Trail, on the right side of the trail. The place was inhabited for 44 years, until 2018, by Kelly Donahue, artist, editor of the Beacon (Grants newspaper), a very literate hermit. His ashes repose there, with those of his mother and aunt. atmospheres. The piece is car-accessible on three sides: north, east and south.
R03545 is further, along the left side of the trail, just after the sharp right turn. This parcel of 13.534 acres was the initial part of
"The Land." It is composed, in the middle, by a kind of sweet, large dome, from where several dry creeks start. The center place has sunrise and sunset views. Being below Venado Crest, it is less windy and pretty protected, a very nice piece with 5 semi permanent structures.
